Great Customer Service! Great Happy hour! They have 2 times of the day Happy Hour! Even Happy Hour to closing! Definitely try them out! This is my 3rd time here and I was not disappointed! We are definitely coming back! Try as many appetizers as possible! They are all so good! The only thing I would say needs to improve is that we waited over 20 minutes for our drink and the manager still wanted to charge us full price verses happy hour. That was our only disappointment but other than that our waiter was awesome and we got everything in a timely manner!

The service ruined the experience. Came in as a party of 8 ( couples) and had a few hiccups throughout. Which understandable it happens so we are all understanding. The problem came about when our server Alex started making underhanded comments. Made us write our orders on a napkin because he was “ not aware “ we would be splitting the checks per couple. Although I tried to tell him my husband and I were going to be on the same ticket. He proceeded to try to tell us to “ tell the server in the beginning next time “ and as I tried to tell him I did tell him he said “ but still”. Fast forward we do that and he comes back and there’s 5 checks instead of 4. We ask what are the missing unaccounted for items and said he’ll leave the kiosk for us to figure it out. Throughout this interaction he says unprovoked “ I have my degree I know what I’m doing “. When asked for a manager she was apologetic but also tried to come to his defense and say that he was experienced (though his actions showed otherwise throughout the experience ). It seemed she truly didn’t understand the severity until we showed her the picture of us writing our order. As a former server more training needs to be applied.

Fish and chips weren't very good. Felt more like fish cakes. The prime rib fresh dip was not too bad. The pickles batter wasnt bad but needed a bit longer on the frier. The portion sizes were pretty small despite the large plate and the price was pretty expensive. Left hungry.

Honestly i was very displeased. My bestfriend took me and my daughter here for our first time and we were ready for the best, unfortunately we got everything but that. We sat down every thing was fine until my friend ordered a lemonade and there was things floating around and stuck to the cup. We changed the lemonade and continued to order, we ordered the chicken and shrimp Lettuce wraps and when they came out we saw a little speck, we looked closer and there was dead bugs on the lettuce, not just one leaf multiple of them. We told the host and neither the server or manager came to the table to resolve the issue.

I love the refined, yet relaxed vibe. The food is served timely, and in healthy portions. My current picks are the shrimp tempura, Kona calamari, and the sushi rolls. Dining here is always decidedly enjoyable, as the service is friendly, and top-notch, especially from Nicole, Jackie, Andrea & Alexa. Definitely, one of my favorite restaurants in El Paso. I'm actually planning to come back for dinner tonight!
